BGW Management, LLC provides a variety of services to meet our clients growing needs, including but not limited to:
Asset Management: BGW will provide a review of the current and past operations of your portfolio and report on any variances that are not within the budget guidelines with explanations and provide recommendations upon request.
Property Management: We provide monthly income and expense statements, general ledger, check register, rent roll, variance reports, bad debt and delinquency reports, other reports are available upon request (utility analysis, etc.)
Due Diligence: At BGW we are prepared to do a site visit before any new property being purchased and prepare a detailed summary of our findings to include (but not limited to), accurate vacancies and gross rents, bad debt, mechanical defects, mold and asbestos issues, lease and security deposit audit and review all existing vendor contracts.
Advisory only Services: BGW will provide advisory only services to clients upon request.
